MS Paint File Option Question

I'm using XP Home edition with SP2 installed. I have a scanner
installed as well. When I open paint and then click on File, the from
scanner or camera option is not active. Can someone give me a pointer
as to how to fix this. BTW I'm using a Visioneer One Touch 8100 model
scanner with the latest drivers from the manufactures web site.
