Ms networking problem

I have 2 winxp puters connected directly through Ethernet cards. One
is connected to internet through adsl, let's call this puter primary.
Both are connected to each other by using ms home networking (internet
sharing) wizard. The problem is that some sites on the secondary wont
open at all. Most do open, but some never do. Primary doesn't have
this problem. Firewalls don't seem to affect the problem. I tried
disabling both firewalls and shutting them down completely. Also I
have tried to switch roles of puters, this effectively moves the
problem from one puter onto the other. So the problem persists with
the role of computer. I assume this is some ms networking problem and
will be uber-happy to any possible solution.

Get a cheap router and circumvent those issues.
