MS Loves me; but IE6.0+ hates me!

Hi,

Microsoft XP HOME w/ all updates. Using Dell 2400 PC and ATT.net as
my ISP, (If relevant)

At one time, when I clicked on the IE Icon in the Launch Bar while
OFFline, I would get the DIAL-UP box, and I would then use it to go
online.

I do not get the Dial-up box any more! Not critical, I can still use
the my ISP Icon.

But I would like to have DIAL-UP back! Help?

In Internet Explorer, click Tools>Internet Options>connection Tab, check the
"always dial my default connection" circle, click apply, ok.
It should bring up your connection dialog now.
