I would like to know if would this be able available to
everyone, for free or would there be any costs involved.

The current beta is availble in English, for free.

No information is available about what the product offering resulting from
this beta will be like.

REPLY: it is free, but it is a BETA version - meaining

its in testing and is not supported by Microsoft...My
advice is DO NOT LOAD IT

Come on, it's beta 1. It's not like a version 0.034 pre-alpha 12.1 preview
