Mpeg II encoder

Is there an Mpeg encoder you can install or buy on MM2? The reason why I am
asking is because I want to change my DV-AVI format to DVD-Mpeg. So all I
have to do for MYDVD is to create the chapters and burn the DVD. If you
cannot install a Mpeg encoder on MM2 then what is the best Mpeg encoder out
in the market.

You can't create MPEG videos with MM2. You would need to use some other
third-party software to do the conversion, or just let MyDVD do it for you.

I use TMPGEnc to do my DVI-AVI to MPEG-2 encoding. It has many advanced
features, and does a very nice job, but it is also very slow.

Canopus ProCoder Express claims to convert Windows Media to MPEG, or you
could save the movie as DV-AVI and convert with PCE. It works pretty
quickly on my 1.5gb P4 desktop.
