It took me a while to find a free one that looks good (and what an MPC file was ), but this seems as if it should do the trick:

FreeMPC requires that my operating system has Java 1.4 installed. It seems that trial software mpc converter is simple to handle, but has trouble with converting my oma files.

I followed Ians link and used the software . No problems .
