Moving the address box that appears in the lower right corner.

When I begin a new email and want to choose the recipient, an address box
appears in the lower right corner of my screen. I am supposed to be able to
choose a recipient from a list, but I can't see the up and down scroll arrows
along the side. I tried moving the box to the left, but it just stretches and
I never get to the up and down arrows. How do I fix this?

This sounds like no version of Outlook I've ever seen. State your Outlook
version. Give a more accurate account of the steps you are using to select
your recipient.
