moving outlook 2003 mail, contacts, apts, everything to a new pc

I'm this is sa common question but I couldn't find it. I regulary have a
need to be able to move a clients stand alone notebook to a new stand alone
notebook but I don't know a easy way to do this, for eample I am working on a
notebook now and the user needs to bring all outlook info to the new pc, ie,
mail, contacts, apts. and more could somone tell me how to do this? Thanks

Surprising you couldn't find it. It's posted several times a day.
The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
