Export all data to a new window profiles

I need to export all data (not only the e-mail .pst file) to a new user
profile, including calendar setting and appointment, the contacts and
e-mail pop3 accounts registered.

Simply copyng outlook folder isn't sufficient. What do I need to do. The
outlook works as stand-alone mail client.

Thanks to all.

Personal Address Book
The Personal Address Book (.pab file) can be used to store addresses in
Outlook 97 and Outlook 98 or Outlook 2000 in Corporate/Workgroup mode.
Again, check Tools | Services to see if you're using a PAB and where it's
located.

Well ... and what if pab seem to doesn't be used? I've a lot of contacts,
but no pab file on the HD. Where are they?

Outlook hasn't used the PAB in years.

Why are you asking about a PAB? Outlook no longer uses a PAB. Is there some
reason you think you need to?

Well, I asked because I didn't find the contcat in any place until I do a
full backup / restore. Then I saw the contact that was stored into the pst
file, but only way to export was this full backup.
But the strange things was that I had a pab file dated 03/23/05 ... this
year. And if you say me that pab wasn't used ... what was it?
Just to understand ...

You were there on 3/23. I was not. I have no idea how your created a PAB
file. Outlook would not do so unless you expressly invoked that service.
Perhaps you did so thinking you should.
Outlook stores its data in PST files and does not use PAB files other than
for backwards compatibility.

Well, I'm sure to didn't do anything strange that read my mail :)
Just to confirm, you speak about a service that should be run ... never
runned anything.

But not a problem ... I'll understand why a day or another.

Thanks.

if its in XP use the file & settings transfer wizard..

is it located only on the main cd or also stored during files copy in the
hd below some folders? Because I've not OEM cd, but MSDN license.
I believe that should be also there, but not completely sure.

thx

Outlook will only create a PAB if you expressly add the PAB Service to your
Outlook profile. It would never create one on its own.
