Not really a lot of information to work with here, but assuming you get no output to the monitor at all, it sounds like the Virus
has somehow messed up your BIOS settings.
Try resetting it - usually theres a 2-pin jumper on a 3-pin header near the BIOS chip that needs to be moved across to reset the
settings. Don't forget to move it back to the original position before attempting to reboot.

After that you need to run the virus check again.

The very first thing you want to do is verify whether or not
it is, in fact, the monitor or if its the PC (I'm betting on the
latter - it would be a huge coincidence if the monitor just
happened to choose this point in time to die). Swap in
a different monitor, and try the monitor you have on another
PC.

If you can't do that, it IS almost certainly the PC, or more
specifically something which has been screwed up in your
BIOS or other configuration.

 I dont know what that site even is, as for the monitor proble
well before that gayness happened the computer had a very bad virus
that Panda found, once deleted it asked for restart, and boy o boy i
restarted, about 100 times on its own when ever you tried to log in
it scr*ewed up and instead of loggin in it would restart, but what
saw from when i tried it it gave the most famous "Blue Screen o
Death" So it might be a hardware problem but it happened t
another computer (The virus did) and now i am formating that on
these are my dads and i am having no problem with mine so i dont kno
what is going on with him and of corse he says he didnt do/g
anywhere/anything on it     :lol
