I purchased a used Samsung 213 T Pro Monitor which was working perfectly at previous owners home. I have it hooked up to my laptop and there is a three inch black frame around the program running. I have "stretched" the screen under the display in properties, which the previous owner instructed but even after restarting, I am not getting the entire screen used. It was entirely used when he had it on at his home. I am running it on a Dell Inspiron laptop that is about 4 years old using the digital cord. jennaoliver14
