Modem Driver

I have a Compaq 7564 with a HSP56 Micromodem currently
running under W98. I want to upgrade to XP but the
compatability report says the modem will not work under XP
and I need a new driver. Compaq will not support and says
to contact MS. Please help. I need to install the
software. Where may I find/purchase a new driver for the
modem?
