missing winlogin.exe file

Windows can't find winlogin.exe file at startup. I just
had Norton Antivirus repair/quarantine/delete files
affected by viruses found, and suspect this was one of the
files deleted. I've already installed all Windows
updates, have current virus data files and installed a
firewall. How do I get this winlogin.exe file back
(uncorrupted)?

Sorry, I thought he meant Winlogon.exe.
I should have caught that becuase Windows won't start
without that file.
