Missing horizontal scroll bar in Windows Explorer-W2K

A user recently tried to switch to her details view in
Explorer. She was greeted with a blank screen. I
grabbed the far left top of the column and dragged it
right to restore the Name column, however I cannot get to
the right because the horizontal scroll bar is not
present. Can't find how to restore it, or the defaults
to the view. Any help appreciated.

Perhaps what's really going on is that the only column you have displayed is
the Name column. Right click on the Name column header to pull up the list
of avaiable fields and select the ones you want to see.
