missing files & folder after importing pst file

Bucky

I just added a new pc to sbs 2003 network, I also installed OL 2007 on a new
machine as well as the existing pc's on the network. The problem is after
installing OL 2007 I'm not able to see my pst file information that I
imported back into outlook 2007. When I installed outlook it automatically
picked up the exchange mailbox. So I then imported the PST file from the old
PC to the new PC, while importing it looks like it is doing the import but
when it is finished I don't see any of the files & or folders

Why are you importing a native Outlook file into Outlook? Do you import Word files into a new version of Word??

Copy the .pst file from the old PC to the new one and use File->Open->Outlook Data File from within Outlook.

I've done this but the archived data is still not accessible. I get a pop up
that tells me I need to find the correct program to open the file with. Any
ideas how to open the archived folder?

You use Outlook to open the file, not from Explorer.
