Missing CryptoEx Icons in MS Outlook 2003!..

Hi,

I had installed CryptoEx s/w, i was able to see the Encryption mails. Some time Latter when i want to read the Encryption mails are blank & also the cryptoEx Icons are Missing!..


I have Office 2003 With SP2 & Encryption S/W CryptoEx V.3.0.8.2.
I have checked the CyrptoEx settings in outlook and cannot see anything.


Can anyone advise? Thanks
