Minor UI Bug.

I couldn't see this bug listed in the FAQ so I thought I'd post it here to
see if it is a known issue:

In the System Explorers Running Processes screen the main list window will
not scroll using the standard MS scroll wheel on the mouse you have to click
and drag the scroll bar. A low priority bug I know but this is not expected
behavior

I suspect you will see this change once Microsoft integrates their UI
standards in beta 2.
