Scroll Bar Not Working

The form that I am working with has the scoll bars enabled but the mouse
wheel doesn't work to scroll down the main page. The mouse wheel will scroll
down the sub-tables once I click on their scroll bar, but the main page will
not scroll. Just wondering if there is anything that can be done about this.
It's fairly minor but I don't like not knowing

In a form the mouse wheel scrolls through records. It does not scroll down
the page. There is no built-in way of changing this annoying behavior, but
there is a workaround at Lebans' excellent site:

By sub-table I assume you mean a continuous or datasheet subform, in which
case you would be scrolling through the records, which has the effect of
scrolling through the subform. I don't know if there is a way to scroll
through a form as you would through a report, but the link I provided is
probably the best single source of information on the topic.
