Microsoft Visual C++, Buffer Overrun

I keep getting this message when I start up my computer...
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Buffer overrun detected
Program: C:\WINDOWS|SYSTEM32\ctts.exe

A buffer overrun has been detected which has corrupted the programs internal
state. The program cannot safely continue execution and must now be
terminated.

How do I get rid of this message? Plus I have no idea what ctts.exe is, I
believe it may be some virus but I can't get rid of this message

Did you find a solution to this issue? I'm having the same problem on
XP machine.
