Microsoft server has slowed down

The msnews.microsoft.com server seems to have slowed down dramatically over
the past few days? The other server I use is as fast as ever.

Could it be because of protective measures Microsoft may be taking against
the Swen crisis?

By the way, my system has not been infected because of defensive steps that
are already in place on my machine.
