I was using Microsoft Word 2007 for school work. I am not sure if my sister
was usinf the full version or trial version. When I go into Microsoft it
tells me to put in the product key # and I continue to put it in but it saids
that it is wrong. Is there any way I can get around this because I have to
make a powerpoint presentation before12midnight est time. I called hp
support, as soon as I do the automated information on the phone and I am
directed to next person the phone hangs up.

If you are trying to use a product key for a Home and Student edition (for
example) and you have Office Basic (for example) installed on the computer,
it will not work.

And if it was a trial version, it could have expired. If that's the case,
it's time to buy Office.
