Hello there, I'm using Microsoft office 2007 since 2013 so far on mine PC. Now I want to upgrade 2013 version. Is it possible to upgrade from 2007 to 2013 or I have to install manually? Thanks in advance.

The following is a quote from https://support.microsoft.com
If you have an earlier version of Office installed on your PC and you install Office Home and Student 2013, Office Home and Business 2013, Office Professional 2013, or Office 365 Home, you won't have an option to upgrade over the previous version. Instead, you'll have both the new version of Office and your earlier version installed on the same PC. If you don't want both versions, you should uninstall the earlier version through Programs and Features in Control Panel.
Hope it will help.

I've used both 2007 and 2013 and in my opinion the 2007 version is superior. Only advantage with 2013 is you will be compatible for file sharing with other 2013 office users.

I rarely use either these days if I can help it, the free software Libre Office fulfills the greater majority of my Office needs, including being able to read documents from both 2007 and 2013 Word & Excel in Writer and Calc.
