Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar

I was using my Shortcut Bar (the one from Microsoft Office Tools under
Programs), and it disappeared. I can still select the option to use it, but
it's never appeared again, no matter how many times I've rebooted, restarted,
etc. It's been almost a week now.

Anyone have any idea how I can recover that function?

Use the control panel add-remove Microsoft Office and it should show you an
option to fix it.
