Microsoft Message Queuing Error

Can anyone tell me what this message means.
I am trying to install Microsoft Message Queuing in XP Pro. i am an
Administrator on the PC.
Here is the error I get:

The Transport registry value cannot be set.
Error Code:0x5
Error Description: Access is denied.

I had the same error with other software and I found on my computer a virus
who modified permissions in registry file. I restored permissions with
regedit, after I removed the spyware.
