Microsoft Management Console

When I right-click on 'My Computer' and click manage and then click on
'Services and Applications', I get the following error message:

Snap-in failed to initialize,
Name:Indexing Service
CLSID:{95AD7240-44CE-11D0-AE29-00A004B9986}

Any ideas?
