Not sure what you're referring to. On my computer, when I go to Help and
Support from the Start menu, I receive no pop-ups of any kind. What do these
pop-ups say?
a firewall, the pop-ups are NOT from MS. You are being
spammed with Messenger service.
You can just turn Messenger off, but without a firewall your
system is still vulnerable,
