Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000

why is it that "Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000" does not produce any
line returns - a couple of people have recently sent messages that
extend well to the right and the scroll bar is needed to read.

Is it the fault of the program or the operator?

Incidentally these same people seem to had files thay cannot get rid
of - any connection?

This (Microsoft CDO for Windows 2000) is the web interface.
