Is Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.3790.0 a crap program or uninformed users

Whenever I see a program with lines ending out on the right margin, I look up
the headers and see that the program is a Microsoft MimeOLE V6.00.3790.0.

Is that program minus cr/lf - surely so many people could not use the program
and be satisfied if they were to know that one has to scroll to follow the line
(usually one single one) the the very end.

I can easily set my line length in Agent - it should be just as easy in any
other program made for News reading.

I have notions of setting my Forte Agent to ignore all incoming mails produced
by that program.
