Microsoft Antispyware internals

I have this installed, and have recently installed 'Maxima 5.9.2) MS Anti
prompted me with a 'Block Tcl' {TCL is a scripting language} question and in
my haste i clicked 'block' instead of 'unblock'. As a consequnce Maxima does
not work. I have unistalled MS Anti, Maxima, re installed, uninstalled and
manually flushed directories, reinstalled but to no avail. (I have since
then, installed Maxima 5.9.0 and when the 'Block Tcl' prompt came up I said
UNBLOCK. I have no problem with 5.9.0. I unistalled 5.9.0 and reinstalled
5.9.2 i get the problem. MS Anti does not prompt for 'Block Tcl', so there is
something hidden somewhere. I have searched the Registry for 'TCL', 'Tcl'
tcl' 'Maxima' 'maxima' to no avail, only 'google' searchlist had an entry for
'maxima'. Can anyone help please????

Try Tools > Real-time Protection > Application Agent > View Blocked Events.

If that doesn't work, try Tools > Real-time Protection > View All Blocked
Events.

checked all entries, there wre two I didnot know about, so I disbaled them,
still no go.
Checked firewall, there are entries for 5.9.0 , 5.9.1 and 5.9.2 all enabled.
5.9.0 is the only one that works.

I am in the process of reporting a bug to maixma
