How do you prevent MS Antispyware from prompting for approval

Is there a process for registering trusted applications with MS so that when
they are installed MS Antispyware doesn't prompt the user for installation
approval? I have tested applications that have been digitally signed but this
doesn't suppress this automatic behavior. I need to delpoy applications to a
large number of users, but don't want to give them the opportunity to block
the installation via MS Antispyware.

If MSFT has to appoved the program it will always ask, this program is
design for home use not business use. There will be a different program for
corp. customers, but we will not see this until Windows Defender Beta 2 is
released.

There's a process to get the app green-flagged by Microsoft.

The issue you mention is one of the reasons Microsoft doesn't recommend
deploying beta1 on production equipment.
