antispyware broke itunes

I just installed the latest version of Microsoft Antispyware to try to fix
some issues I have been having. I think it has gone pretty well so far
except for one thing. On startup, it asked me if I wanted to block
something- I think it was a name change to %userprofiles% or something like
that. I blocked it, thinking it was the recommended action by Antispyware.
I think that was a mistake, because now I get an error message saying iTunes
cannot be opened, as well as the message:
"Error 1606. Could not access network location %USERPROFILE%\Local
Settings\Application Data\."
when trying to install a new version. Is there anyway I can go back and
unblock the change, or have it carried out? I can't find a way to do that
within the UI.
Thanks for your help.

A solution is to uninstal MSAS and all associated files and folders and then
reinstal msas. At startup don't block the item that comes up. This should
solve your problem. If this doesn't help try to use System Restore to a
version prior to the offending problem.
