Message in Win XP: Failed to load Resource DLL

I get this message now every time I open Internet
Explorer or right-click in Windows Explorer. After
responding 'OK', system SEEMS to run properly with mnor
exceptions. I believe that the situation started after I
installed Norton Systemworks 2004. However, Symantec has
not heard of the problem. Any ideas as to how
this 'missing' DLL can be restored?

I get the same message. However after looking for a solution I find tha
several 100 people so far have a common thread. We all installe
XP.SP1. I assume you did too. I'm am sorry that I can't offer you
solution but I hope that knowing the source of the problem will help
