Memory Error message when closing Internet Exploreer 6

When closing Internet Explorer 6, I get the following
message: "iexplore.exe application error. The
instruction at "0x013292008" referenced memory
at '0x013292008'. The memory could not be read. Click
OK to terminate program.

Is anyone else experiencing this eror message when
closing IE6 and do you know how to correct it?
