IE error message in IE7 aqnd now IE6

I upgraded to IE7 and then started getting the following error when closing
the browser:

The instruction at "0x025a422a" referenced memory at "0x02004658". The
memory could not be "read".

Then I had to click 'OK" to terminate the program.

This looks like a Windows message. Has anyone else had this
problem/message? I uninstalled IE7 and then the same message comes up when I
close IE6.

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post

If the procedures look too complex - and there is no shame in admitting this
