Meesage: Computer has been tampered with, system locked

Most times I start up my computer I get a message saying
the computer's been tampered with, turn the system off
and on to unlock the computer. How do I avoid this?

Maybe a BIOS setting? Reboot and check...

Is this before Windows starts? It sounds like you have some sort of
security/lock feature turned on in the BIOS. Check there and if you
don't need something like this, disable it.
