Manage Add-ons displaying only icons

For the last few weeks only icons along with the name of the entry are
being displayed in 'Manage Add-ons' under IE6. Here's a screen grab:

If I log on to the same machine as a different user it displays like it
should. Obviously something I did a few weeks ago produced this for my
main user account.

Any ideas how I can get it to display the way it should again? I can
still enable/disable stuff, I just can't see all the other info. A Reg
entry perhaps???

And yes, I tried adding the Reg entry to enable additional columns but
that didn't work.

Thanks.

Found the problem. A program that extends the function of open
processing was the culprit. I had to put IE in its exclude list.

The program is called Dialog Box Assistant.

DBA makes modifications to the open/save dialog. When I was in IE6 and
I downloaded a file using the standard IE6 download manager and I
changed my view to thumbnails instead of details.
DBA saves this information and for some reason the Manage add-ons
dialogs uses this new setting.
Actually it will use any view setting you specify as long as DBA is
running.

Without DBA running setting the view in the download manager dialogs
does not save the setting and does not affect Manage add-ons.

I emailed the author about this and so far he has not replied back to
me.

I now make sure that when I download a file I keep the view set to
details.
