making pages appear correctly in netscape using frontpage 2002

I am having a problem with the pages I have written in frontpage 2002. When
viewed in netscape I am getting lines appear where they have been set to a
thickness of '0'.

Can anyone please help me.

In Netscape 4 the table borders are showing. NN4 has limited support for
inline styles - they may be followed, ignored, or may crash the browser.
Change the inline styles (style="blah") to an embedded or external style
sheet, or replace them with "conventional" HTML
example:
<table border="0"> instead of <table style="border-width:0">

Firefox 1.0 is also having problems, possibly because the style used
conflicts with itself - border-style:none; border-width:medium; (the border
that is not there has a medium width)

Your Word Art on the splash page does not show in any browser other than
IE5.5 and later. The down-level images have not been uploaded to the
server.

You should also remove all spaces from file and folder names.

PS Why the image of Westminster and the wheel? Wouldn't Greenwich
Observatory or the Maritime Museum be more appropriate?

Thanks again,

I'll have a sort through the pages. The reason I put the westminster and the
wheel is because it is still london and I don't have any suitable pictures of
the wonderful sites of greenwich, but I will soon.

Cheers again I really appreciate your help.

Stef.

Netscape doesn't support the '0' width table border. Change the table border
colour to 'white'. That's how I would get a around it. Or perhaps CSS (style
sheet) might help (?).

That's interesting. Every web site I view in NS 7.1 that has table borders
set to '0' looks just fine. No lines at all appear.

Every web site I have viewed over the years in NS that has table borders set
to '0' looked just fine.

Is this a new feature in a new NS?
