Help with Frontpage 2003 and Netscape formatting problems.....

I'm a new user of Frontpage 2003 and set up a web page for a local
newspaper at www_easternshoreobserver_com <replaced . with underscore>

My trouble is the formatting when viewing the website using Netscape.
Is there anything special I should be doing when laying out the pages
in Frontpage to keep the viewing okay with Internet Explorer and
Netscape?
