Making a grouping smaller in word or ppt including the text in 1 c

I have a tiny problem:

I have a group of object that I have grouped so that I can send it to and
use it in Word. However I need to change the size of the entire grouping (a
smaller size than the actual ppt), but I don't know how to do it without the
text ending outside the boxes I have made (I have put "nice" boxes outside
the textbox and made the textbox invisible).

Does it make sense?

Hope someone can help me,

Thanks

Office handles images and text differently, if you try to resize it: Images
(photos, drawings, ...) are resized, text keeps it's font size. So either
you have to reduce the font size in a second step, or you convert the whole
group to an image and insert and resize that. If you chose WMF or EMF file
format, you can ungroup it later, if any editing should be needed.
