PPT Drawing ---> insert into Word 2003

What is the best method to insert a ppt-drawing into a word document,
if the quality is supposed to be high? The drawing is complex, made in
ppt and contains text boxes. The size of the drawing has to be made to
about 30% of its original size without loosing proportions and the text
boxes should clearly be readable.

Try Send to Ms Office Word.
Click File > Send To > Microsoft Office Word. You can then drag the slide
out of the table and delete away the table if you don't want them.

Perhaps a little simpler would be to just select the slide (from the
miniatures on the left or from slide sorter view) copy and paste it into the
Word document. This will bring over the slide as an OLE object. It will be
big (file size), but should be high quality.

If all you need is the image of the slide, and not the functionality, then
consider saving it as an image. This will greatly reduce the file size of
the doc file.

If all you need is an object off one of the slides, use cut and paste or
save the object as an image by right clicking.
