One of my colleagues mail box won't send messages and won't receive. We are
both on the same Exchange 2003 server running Outlook 2003. If I send him a
message, it bounces back saying, "The message could not be delivered because
the recipient's mailbox is full." Our mailboxes are allotted 100MB each.
Yet, if we right click on his Mailbox in Outlook and do properties, it shows
just under 20MB, less than 20% of full.
Is there something else we might be missing? Any suggestions to fix this
problem so he can send and receive mail again?
Thank you for any help,
Colin
