At the moment, we are not receiving any emails, the only
ones we do receive are from the system administrator when
we send an email to ourselves (as a tester). The error
message reads:

The message could not be delivered because the
recipient's mailbox
is full.
<cluster2 #5.2.2>

However, on deleting a number of the larger email files,
we are still not receiving emails any longer. Any ideas?

Thanks.

We deal with this alot and have found the following:

Make sure there are no personal folders created in the Inbox that are being
used to store mail.
Make sure that the Sent Items box has been cleaned out.
Make sure that Journaling is turned off.
Empty Deleted Items (I know it is simple, but you'd be surpised at how many
forget).

If you are still having the problem, look for an email that might have a
very large attachment. Sometimes one attachment can fill up (almost) your
mailbox.
