mail login problem

i am using window xp. I am facing a strange problem. When i want to logon to
any internet mail site (yahoo, hotmail); it wont open my mail box. It shows
log on screen. If I give my user id and pwd it again comes back to same page.
Can any one please help me ?

Found the ans quite by mistake. I am running Norton Fire Wall and when it is
disabled, no problems. I am going to spend some time today to see if I can
isolate the component in NFW.

You might check the list in programs and see what it is blocking?
