M/S Office Pro-Address book did load in Outlook or Express

Installed M/S Office Pro. Word/Access/Excel work as advertised. Address
book did not load in Outlook or Express. Express is default. When
attempting to send an email, receive message "There was an error opening this
message". When checking addresses, receive message "Unable to open address
book. The address book may not be installed properly" Have reinstalled
program once with same results.

Try creating a new identity and configure the email account. Check it works
out.
