Outlook Address book errot

I have installed Outlook 2000 I can receive messages ok when I go to send a
message a error message appears: while attempting to open Windows address
book unable to find WB DLL. I tried to uninstall and reinstall but same
message?

I suspect the error message involved WAB.DLL. Outlook 2000 in IMO mode used
Outlook Express' transports, including its address book engine. You must
have the appropriate version of Outlook Express installed for Outlook 2000
to work.
