I get this message when running live update, LU1814: LiveUpdate could not
retrieve the update list. My ISP is connected and live update has been
upgraded. I use a lower version of live update and it works, but the newer
version does not when i reinstall. Help.

Uninstall all your Symantec products, and get similar product from
reputable companies.

Symantec products should be treated as malware.
