LSP list in Beta2?

One of the most useful tools (for me) in the Beta1 tool was the ability to
detect the system's LSP, see whether they are broken, and fix them. Is this
feature also in Beta2? I am unable to find it.

Tools > Software Explorer > (drop down list) Winsock Services Providers
