Lower right corner says "Offline."

Hi,

I just updated Windows XP through the MS update site. Suddenly, Outlook
(2003) stopped checking email automatically, even with the "Schedule an
automatic send/receive every 1 minutes" checked.

Also, the lower right corner says "Offline" as does the Outlook icon in the
task bar.

Any help will be appreciated.

Win XP SP2, IE 7. Office 2003, all new updates.

Erik.

Set Outlook to work online in the File Menu and use a realistic polling
interval. 1 minute is nuts. 10 minutes should be the minimum.
