Lost System Icon

I used to have an Icon for 'System' located in Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance, under where it says "or Pick a Control Panel Icon". I still have the " See basic information about your computer" at the top (which brings you to system anyway). But I would like to know if and how I can get this icon back, and how I could have lost it in the first place. This is all in Category View for XP Home. Please help.

Check for C:\windows\system32\sysdm.cpl
Double click and see if that restores the icon.
