Lost Picture Tasks box

My Pictures screen no longer shows the Picture Tasks box,
to the left of the photo thumbnails. How can I restore
it?

Hi Don,

Try doing the following:

Start -> Run -> regsvr32 %windir%\system32\shimgvw.dll
Close and reopen the window and see if it has restored the Picture Tasks.

Right click on the folder name
Click on Properties
Click on Customize tab
Under what kind of folder do you want, select Pictures.
